Classes

Gary offers a number of special classes, including:

Anger Management - An eight week course based on the SAMHSA Anger Management Workbook. The cost of the class is $100 if paid in advance, or $15.00 a week.

Stress Management - Gary and his wife Carol Mays offer a Stress Management package that includes a 90 minute class, a 15-minute chair massage at Peaceful Paths / Superhands Massage Therapy in Ware, a relaxation CD, and a book of strategies, poems, and stories related to stress reduction.

Communication Skills - This class can be tailored to fit the needs of the group sponsoring it. Special focus can include communications in relationships or in the workplace.

Customer Service Skills - Including Dealing with Difficult People and How To Work With The Public.
